Women's Learn 2 Play Hockey

Ladies, have you ever wanted to learn 2 play hockey? This "learn to" hockey program is designed to teach the basics of hockey to women with little or no experience.
Participants will learn basic skating skills and develop skating confidence
- stopping and starting
- skating forward and backward
- turning
- forward and backward crosscuts
- adding power to your skating
- stick handling and skating with the puck
Hockey instruction will include
- passing
- shooting
- positioning
- rules of the game

4 on 4 Women’s Recreational Hockey
If you are a beginner, or recently returned to the game this 4 on 4 league will offer you the opportunity to learn to play hockey in a fun, relaxed game setting.
